re-watching it again.

and i have to say one the absolute highlights is, randomly enough, when she gets interrupted by the production manager due to the fainted person in the crowd! it's kind of iconic in itself that it happened (and i hope he/she is ok) but the way Adele handled it so proffessional, not losing it at all, and while literally checking out that it went without problems and checking for the that ill person, she just chatted on about anecdotes from her earlier shows related to this and in the most hilarious way! the story about the old, piss-drunk lady in Vegas was literally comedy Gold! like how the **** does she do it?
i wonder if the Vegas hotels offered her $$$$ to do shows there?

Someone Like You is hands down the best ballad I've ever heard. Whitney Houston serves superior vocals on I Will Always Love You but SLY with Adele's tone of voice just has a very special feel to it. That Glastonbury performance made me fall in love with SLY once again.

So I had my final exam at English today. At the listening part of the exam, they played an extract about Adele's tour in America, about the tickets, prices and how fast they sell We had 7 questions on a paper and had to choose the right answer for each one according to the audio extract.

This is a national exam and every high school graduate in my country had this today The impact is real!!!!!

yes whitney is technically superior but that's basically it, IWALY is cute and all but nothing special to me. plus it's a cover, and i def prefer Dolly's original.
SLY makes my tear channel vibrate every time, the melody is so much more profound than cheese-fests like IWALY and MHWGO

She was so confident from the start (at least she looked it), compared to the petrified looks she gave in her tv appearances from November to the Grammy's. Do you think she doesn't get as much stage fright, or she is just more comfortable after performing for months and months? It's so good to see her belting out those notes from line one and it not being as obvious she is nervous.
