Generations EP would be useless without Story Progression. I lowkey didn't like the EA one cause it was flawed. But if they had something similar to NRAAS mod for TS3 I'd be here for it.

It seems Outrageous but look at Minecraft.

EA would actually benefit from making the Sims 4 have everything they can possibly add to it.
The Sims 2 and 3 were cut short and Devs had more ideas.

They wanted a Superstar EP for Sims 2 that didn't happen. They wanted a Business pack for Sims 3 (which ended up being shifted to the Sims 3 store instead) and a pack based around proper Vactions (not adventures) but those didn't happen either.

10 years allows them to add almost everything. And since they chose an artstyle that doesn't age, the Sims 4 will still look modern by 2014.

Just like MySims looks modern almost 10 years onward. They chose an artstyle that doesn't look outdated.

Sims 2 and 3 failed at Semi-Realistic which is why it aged like stale bread. Sims Urbz and Sims 2 (console) still look AMAZING on Console in HD.

That's actually a great comparison, in the age of DLC's etc this would seem like the most obvious choice for EA to take with The Sims franchise. I don't blame them either, I mean people dragged The Sims 4 on release, which was a similar reaction when The Sims 3 released if I remember correctly. But seemingly as time goes on the game will become richer in gameplay and this is basically what you want from a Sims game. If they build this game up to be something great, with all the releases, and repair the initial damage so to speak instead of swiftly sweep The Sims 4 under the rug like it never happened then imagine how hyped we will be for The Sims 5, and people. Acting like The Sims 4 never happened already sets The Sims 5 up for failure. Let The Sims 4 reach its full potential before we even begin talking about The Sims 5. They do even make free additions to the game via updates which also shouldn't be overlooked.

The only thing I want is for them to give me the classic EPs. Give me Pets. Seasons. Give me Island Paradise type of thing. That would work amazing with Sims 4.

Ladies, a mix of Get Real and Superstar would be the best thing ever.
A modern touch to a classic, they tried it with Late Night but the bugs and lack of people at hot spots ruined it.

I remember seeing how a "Hot Spot" would only have like 3 sims, 1 one of them being the bartender.

You would go to work/the set and have to be the messiest sim: Fight others, hook up, make friends then stabbing them in the back, etc or try to become internet famous by making music or comedy acts and uploading the videos.

There's mods that manage to fix the lack of people at hotspots too. I'd love a new Late Night with the features of Get Real added to those old features of fame, nightclubs and a big city.

It just annoys me that while Granite Falls, Sixam and Windenburg all look stunning, the base game worlds (Oasis Springs, Willow Creek, Mag Prom and Newcrest) all look like they are from 2012.
I guess Sunset Valley looked crap compared to new worlds too, but it just doesn't look as good and it irks me.

If it was just one world like The Sims 3, it wouldn't bother me. But since you travel between worlds all the time in this game, it's more grating going to an older world. It feels like a mini-downgrade.

Same. Seasons always looks stunning, it was one of my fave expansion packs in TS3 era.
