The new comp they added gives the winner the power to nominate a 3rd houseguest & it will be a secret when it come to knowing who won it unless that person tells someone. Frank won the comp & nominated Paul..SINCE PAUL WON THE POV and will remove himself from the block..FRANK has to nominate a replacement because HE nominated Paul. It's almost like BB15 MVP twist.
