Psycho or The Silence of the Lambs
Or maybe Gravity somewhere.

I live and die for the way that Patricia carried every scene of that movie. Queen.
I wish that they'd actually made the boy gay, though. It almost seemed to be going that direction at a couple of points, but it was not meant to be. Unfortunately.
