First of all, if you debut a group with more than 6 members you HAVE to promote them in a different way, show them individually somehow, attract attention to at least 2 or 3 members.
At the moment, that group is just a 12 generic girls who nobody cares about. You can't even choose a favorite without investing time in knowing them on your own.
People (me included) complain about how long YG is taking to debut his girl group, but look at how much focus he's putting on the MEMBERS. It was the same with Red Velvet. And let's not forget Twice, they only happened because JYP tried to make them stand out on their own, both in their MVs and in their tv shows.

I wonder if Boys24 will be given songs from producers too during the show like in P101. I know they will be just a performance thing but who'd come see them do covers, especially since they're set to perform everyday for a year.
But tbh I'm not sure who's gonna want to watch them in the first place since this thread seems to be more interested in the show than Korea itself
