No, losing Jessica means their songs are less recognisable and distinctive. It's so noticeable on their older songs.

And the first Japan album was TTSJ feat. Sunny anyway. On many of the songs, SHY + Yoona had very little or no lines at all.

Her airy voice was really distinctive, but I don't really care as long as Sooyoung gets more attention.

Though my favourite part of SJJD is where they dance line members all pretend to harmonise on choruses

He has one line in Sing For You as well

I think he's about the same level as Yoona or Irene, yet they seem to get loads of singing lines in their songs.

Sehun is...he really cannot sing. Like, at all. Irene and Yoona both have very weak voices but they're capable of holding a tune and sounding pleasant. Sehun is a tier below them, based on what I've seen.

CHANYEOL INSTAGRAM POST

Because many people said they wanted to hear it I worked hard to sing and post it but I don’t understand people who keep saying “lovestagram", how much did we interact that you can’t think anything more than that. If you hate to see me living while working hard and doing what I love then just don’t enter my instagram, unfollow me and work hard on what you have to do. While we are on this, about following Taeyeon noona, I heard that I appeared in her vid so I looked at the post and when I wanted to hear the sound (tn: in order to hear the sound you have to tap the volume button on the video in order to unmute) I ended up liking the post by mistake. But it seemed weird If I only liked the post so I followed her as well. Then you guys ranted about it so I unfollowed her. As for why I deleted the question mark it was because It looked like my instagram became dirty so I deleted it. We didn’t go to the Seoul Jazz Festival together, we just met there. I deleted “the melody for you" because I didn’t like it after uploading it and I was planning to record it later and upload it again. I don’t have a secret instagram account. Don’t say nonsense in order to confuse my fans I hope that you just work hard doing what you have to do. I will support that. Don’t enter my instagram. Because whether or not SNS is wasting my life or whatever I am enjoying it in my way and communicating happily with people.

Yup, they are, and even though nobody asked, if I had to rank the members vocally it would look something like this

1. Chen
2. Baekhyun
3. D.O
4. Suho
5. Chanyeol
6. Kai
7. Xiumin/Lay
9. Sehun

Xiumin v.s. Lay is a puzzler cause Xiumin sounds terrible at times and decent at others, and Lay is extremely inconsistent with when he sings decently and when he just whines through his nose. Though really Sehun is the only one who can't hold a tune, which I consider fairly impressive for a 9 member group.

Mess at you putting Chen first, I can NOT stand his voice

I personally think that Baek and D.O have the best voices,
with Suho and Kai very close behind.
