I hate naps, I always wake up with a headache when I'm done taking one so I try not to fall asleep during the day unless I'm super tired & sleepy

oh thats a new one, though I understand that, I went on board when I had a cold, and I swear I felt like I was dying. my head felt like mr mackeys and the ears were killing me...so maybe that is why
