Her twitter stans are accusing Luke of taking all of her royalties/paychecks.
Luke literally would have had to hold her at gunpoint and force her to give him $35M. As much of a terrible person he may be, I doubt he'd do something like that. That would legitimately result in a lawsuit with evidence since she probably keeps her tax forms and a record of her royalty payments.
Like, Animals thinking Lukasz is so above the law to the point that he can rob someone of almost $40 million dollars
