I think the woman who attacked simply had a breakdown because the interviewer ignored her and manifested the way she did , I don't think there's anything else to be fair

When I 1st saw the video I thought maybe they were on the attackers property, or they were making noise outside the attackers house and she was trying to get them to leave. Purposeful violence against Latinos is always deemed as racism (because it is) so I'm confused as to why ya'll think this would be the exception?
