I think it's a quadruple, and next week will be a quadruple too.
There was supposed to be 20 people in the game, so if you put 2 quadruples in the first two rounds. That leave 18 people still in the game in on round 3, the same amount of people that would have been in the house on that same round, if there was only 20 contestants in the beginning.
