Kesha is more respected than before (due to the shedding of her trashy party girl image). But that has absolutely no bearing on Katy's level of respect. It just means she finally realized that airing documentaries of her drinking piss isn't good PR. 
Katy is and always will be more respected simply due to her status and reach.

Almost all the Katy stans I remember from twitter were Kesha stans and vice versa tho  wonder what changed their minds
