What in any part of Hilary's past, made you go *HARDER* for her? Bad and wrong decisions are okay to an extent for everybody...but the President of the United States?

What? You expect someone to be perfectly flawless in office? I haven't found a president that went through everything all nicely unless they were especially lazy in office. Besides the bad and wrong she also done plently of good. Her voting record alone place her among the top progressives, many of whom policies I support.

If you know what she has done, what she has STILL not reveled, and based on her past, what she essentially WILL do, why on earth can you not see the "evils"?

The "evils" suggested are lost in a bunch of wrapped testimonies and claims from both sides and also come down to perspective. What you call evil I call a bad moment and apperently to some of you what I call good like her evolved stance on gay marriage some of yall call pandering or flip-flopping as if yall would prefer she didn't change in the first place.

Trump is running an election (And again, I'm not a supporter), and it is CLEAR that he is learning policy via the Sarah Palin way as he goes along, so when he switches up (like most candidates do during the candidacy) it is not the same as a women who has been in various places of power and changes them for gain when she needs support.

That's the most dangerous way in the hand of someone like Trump. Why would anyone want to vote for someone who policies are relatively unknown. Besides, a few of his stances remain unchanged like his views on education, the "wall" and dealing with Muslims. And the last sentence is what I'm talking about before, she changes it up for votes but yet for Trump is just "learning as he goes along, nah this is chill." Okay.

I find it offensive when people say Hillary is getting votes for just being a woman. It reads like the same arguments against affirmative action. Hillary is more than qualified enough (moreso than anyone else alive) and has policy positions that are progressive and in the right direction. Her being a woman is just an added bonus. Like I wouldn't vote for Sarah Palin or Carly Fiorina.

The point is that one of the two major party nominees will win; being a liberal who votes Stein helps Trump against Clinton.

It's not as simple as picking the one that's best for you, it's also about the impact of that vote on the results.

Exactly. Poor President Obama had to deal with this ******** and now Hillary. We should just have all of our candidates be white males then right???? So we aren't biased??? Give me a break.

Nobody here mentions the fact that Hillary is a woman to show that she is more qualified. Same with the way no one mentioned Obama was black to prove he was more qualified. The fact that both won with those 2 factors considered are just achievements looked at after assessing which candidate is the best for us.

I understand that, but I simply can't support someone as destructive and murderous as Clinton. I supported Obama in his first term and he ended up being as bad as Bush when it comes to overseas KILLINGS of innocent people. At the end of the day, my sanity and self-respect are way more important than a choice between the lesser evil of two serial killers.

I'm voting for Jill Stein so you can't really hit me with that. I'm simply using this thread as a basis. When I see people discuss voting for Sanders I see responses like "progressivism" "Campaign finance reform" his minimum wage and college tuition plans" I don't see "omgeeee history making first Jewish president~~~"

Yet half the responses in the thread are "making history as the first woman president~". I don't think I've ever seen anyone equate her name with a policy position in terms of voting for her, only what her gender is. Hell, her biggest campaign slogan rides on nothing but that premise. Even Obama, whom I voted for, equated himself to Hope and Change.

It's just an observation, no need to be up in arms about it.
