I don't know how it works, but Arya needs to outsmart the waif using a face too to trick her if she's gonna kill her. She cannot realistically beat her in a 1v1 unless she has a clear advantage or something. I knew that old woman was the waif in disguise before it even happened.
And how Arya survived that I don't know, I wish the waif didn't get as many stabs in, it would've been a tad more realistic. Cause she was going IN.
The writing in Yara and Theon's scene was so bad.

I totally believe the theory that Cersei is going to burn down all of King's Landing. Her conversation with Olenna this episode seemed like foreshadowing for this.
Oh and Kit Harrington looks awful without a beard.
