the use of nidoking and magneton instead rhydon and manectric is triggering me
the manectric wasn't in RS and tbh it wasn't nearly as hard to beat as the magneton (if you didn't have marshtomp, but if you did then the manectric was easy too), so i think it's accurate
i don't remember anything about giovanni's team so i couldn't say anything about that
that's...not a very good reason, it's only their toughest, not based on that. and only 4 of the johto ones are johto pokemon, and 2 of the johto pokemon are new evolutions of kanto pokemon. so i'm not sure why you're focusing on that

because its an eyesore and bothers me? It's my opinion and I never claimed there was anything wrong with the pic just that it bothered me personally.
Every gen besides 3 and 2 are all local to that region.
