Chart positions are one thing. All-time lists are another. The GP also know WFL because of the song, especially the hook, AND its video.

People are visual creatures too, it is about dance moves and outfits. You just don't wanna include that in it because you know Rihanna doesn't have an iconic dance move and outfit to We Found Love. Only the song is memorable, but at least SL has iconic song, video, and outfit. It's very impactful.

Which song is big/iconic is pretty much the same thing. Single Ladies is still a very big song. I feel like the Navy is just focusing on chart position instead of overall impact.

SL is the most iconic, more remembered and will be the bigger pop CLASSIC in 20 years. Which ultimately is what matters.

Is WFL bigger than Thriller? It only peaked at #4 yet is wayy more known than WFL.

We Found Love only has more views because it came out AFTER VEVO was released. Single Ladies did had A LOT of views, but the video got erased and VEVO was replaced. And the Grammy doesnt matter much as far as videos, it's the impact of what it has on people (the dance, outfit, etc). Maybe it got a Grammy for just the song.

But yeah, as stated before, Charts/Sales wise it's definitely WFL, but impact wise it's easily Single Ladies. No question and not debatable. Single Ladies is the most iconic song from any of the current pop girls.
