I always see people talking about how bad their song is and all of the things they don't like it during the judging period and I'm just like... You don't think they're reading this and taking it into consideration while they judge you? If you're not confident about your work, you're not gonna do yourself any favors with the judges. Being overly modest or self-doubting can be just as bad as overselling and overhyping it.
I know that some people struggled through this challenge, and I admit it was hard to extend beyond cliches, but I actually kind of liked the idea behind the challenge. I really tried to make my song feel like a Fairy-type song. Whether I did that, we'll have to see... but I just thought I'd share that.
