and having this just happen in such a sudden way with no prior warning is also so unlikely and it's just so frustrating because that unlikely event means nobody ever got a chance to say any kind of goodbye. she never had any idea, never got to do the whole thing where you do everything you want to do at the end, never got to give anyone any indication that she might be hurt, never got to say goodbye to anyone or resolve any disputes or do anything that she wanted to do. that's so horrible???

i'm sorry i'm kind of exploding all over this thread i've just never dealt with something like this before and i don't know how to respond in any other way

I'm glad there's a community of people on here at least for everyone to let their feelings out with. I don't think she'll just be something we'll mourn and forget about. Remember she has family and friends somewhere that she meant the world to. Even her friends here. I'm sure in time this thread will return to random chatter and our minds will return to their routine thoughts, but obviously she made an impact on here. No matter where we go in life, even when we leave this site, her stories, thoughts, and personality will always have an impact some way or another. Just because we never got to meet her face to face doesn't mean that impact and those friendships mean any less. I may have only spoken to her a few times, but to be honest I can't imagine this forum without her. She had such a distinct style, such an authentic aura about her and obviously she will be missed. So I hope we can all keep her in our hearts and thoughts as we move on. Don't let anyone tell you your relationship means any less because it didn't involve physical contact. Hopefully we can keep her spirit alive on this site and never forget what a gem she was

It made me so happy when it transferred to my account and I could feel through the screen how my happiness over it made her happy.

We need so much more people like her and not losing them.

It's just so unfair, I can't believe it. We knew she was suffering from some pain but all this time we thought maybe she was at the hospital recovering but who knew... she had passed away on the very day she made that post.

I don't even know what to say. I feel like if I think about this for too long I'm going to start sobbing. As iHype said, this is only a forum, but most of us here talked constantly, practically everyday, and when one person is gone for awhile, it doesn't go unnoticed.

I don't want to believe this. This is heartbreaking. She was for sure, without a doubt the member I had the closest bond with. As cliche as it sounds, she helped me through a lot of personal things, and always gave me advice. She was genuine.

Rest in peace I'll miss you, Guac. We'll miss you. This thread certainly won't be the same.

I've posted in mod squad and told the mods, i'll see what they say. I'm not sure about a thread though, it'd be weird to see members who didn't know her come in and god forbid if somebody tried to troll I might lose it.

For now, I just wanted to let RT know because everyone has been worried and this was her home, she would want y'all to know. I think we should just keep it in here with the people who knew her, I don't want this to become a freak show of "let's read the thread about that girl" kind of thing.

I'll pass on any new info as I hear it.

Maybe we should have a sticky In Memoriam section with specific instructions on what is and what is not permitted. I've seen this in other forums and people are always respectful.

Accelgors, it's OK to have a variety of responses to this. Death always feels very absolute and we always feel impotent on how to react. As I mentioned earlier tonight a friend of mine took his own life and I got the news on my birthday while I was out of town. To this day I still cannot deal well with it.
