You not in in the same grade you were back then. Maybe you were a kid back then and now late teen or in your 20s studying, having a relationship or your own place to live now. Stanning does blind people in forgetting there's an actual human living a life behind the music / visuals and they aren't there to serve your happiness and needs 24/7. Gaga's close relationship with us has made us feel even more entitled to this belief. That's why I'm happy she took a break, to quote Miss Swift, to truly LIVE her life because she's been in this pop bubble for so long pleasing everyone around her, her manager, her fans, almost killing herself on tour to make everyone happy and achieve her dreams. I'm glad she took time off to find happiness in herself and live a life outside Lady Gaga.

And you're right. Personally, I don't even connect to the person I was a year ago even with nothing life changing happening to me to bring about a real chance, not mind thinking someone like Lady Gaga would be the same person she was coming into the industry at basically the same age we are right now.

Sure, media is manipulative, but we are talking about damn songs here, where fans usually search online about their faves, fan wars, critic reviews etc. Its not like we are talking about a shooting or kidnapping where everyone is curious and searches online. But keep telling yourself that Applause did not do better not because people did not like it enough to buy it, but because some online sites wrote stories about what a flop Gaga was , irrelevant and over.
PS: Lets not forget how the media also said that Gaga had a dick, was a hermaphrodite, yet The Fame managed to sell 10M WW.

Well you can create a good album with a solid body of work but that doesn't mean all of the songs taken one by one by themselves are Grammy worthy.

Gaga was a new and fresh artist back then with a lot of momentum at that period of time.

Adele got big but after 21 but ever since Hello the era was done, at least I don't hear any of her songs on the radio anymore and her latest single is on our charts on place 39.
She's out of steam for the moment.

Arianna the same but she still has the album to push another hit maybe for this era but so far it's not looking that good, neither of her songs were/are on heavy rotation.

Meghan also coming off a big era, also lost steam, non of her songs are smashing now.

It's an inevitable cycle.

I was trying to show that it most often goes in a wave motion, up and down...especially for females. One year you're hot the next year you're not even if you're a bigger artist or smaller. It could be a good timing for Gaga actually to release in a few months. Everyone else is coming out with late house/ carribean influenced songs at this moment. Once that wave settles again cause of overkill she might catch the pendulum and swing it a new way.

Are monsters seriously that delusional? The people Gaga's been photographed with currently include everyone but RedOne. Why do you think she's producing dance songs when she's been in the studio with Tame Impala, BloodPop, Mark and seen together with Lana's producers and Father John Misty? RedOne is so September 2015.
