Although, at the same time(unless its Telephone, which I doubt), I'd like to see her do a solo performance for her grammy debut. I guess Beyoncé did it with Prince & Tina a while back, and the Grammys tend to mix two different generations together for an epic moment. Overall, I'm sure she'll do great. I kinda think this performance is somewhat meant to prove to her detractors that she isn't just a star for her character, and outfits, and that she indeed has an amazing voice. Unlike a few others in the industry that will go nameles.. Ya'll know who I mean..

Gaga is said to be "rehearsing like crazy" at Center Stage in Burbank, and one of the tracks getting practice time is "Telephone."

She could just have been rehearsing for the video at the same time

I don't think so, you don't need to be the star of the year to open the Grammys come on, even the MTV VMA had Janet and that's a minor award. It's like I was saying then the next year Ke$ha will be one of the choices to open? Where are the artists with longevity? U2? Whitney Houston?. At least Elton John will be with her..
