I'm playing Yellow and I'm grinding to beat the E4.
My team:
Pikachu(Probably switching ha for Electrode)
Slowpoke(to Slowbro)
Aerodactyl
Growlithe(to Arcanine)
Gloom(probably switching for Exeggcute)
Dratini(to Slaygonite)
I kinda want GF to release Crystal/Gold/Silver on the virtual console too. They can put them as preorder bonus for S&M

Little late on the convo but I'd probably live in Goldenrod City for Johto or Lilycove City for Hoenn (and those are my two favorite regions).

Goldenrod because vacations in pretty Ecruteak city and the forest being nearby would be easy. Beach town not too far away. Lilycove just because I've always thought it was really nice. Fortree is probably my favorite town, but more of a vacation spot for me personally.
