The fresher the wounds, the better the evidences are though especially the ones that were documented through a medical examination. Stockpiling pictures? I hardly believe that is the case since pictures can be manipulated through photoshop or make up.

Lots of domestic violence victims don't leave the first time they get hit, Rih didn't leave chris the first time and she even went back to him after the world saw what he did to her and Johnny's released several movie during their marriage, so what's so special about this one? she didn't need for the movie to be release to be entitled to some of the money, she was entitled the moment the contracts were signed.
