I honestly haven’t checked out for a girl group since the
Pussycat Dolls and I feel like these girls are
honestly everything that they were, or perhaps, they’re at least on the right path to getting to where they were. Like, they're slowly but surely getting there and it's been great to see them grow and attain this much success so quickly. I love the album

All of their tracks with the features will naturally be singles because they slay and I can’t wait for the Missy collab to be a single (I can already see some industrial late 90s/early 00s set MV with tons of choreography and Lauren, Normani & Dinah slaying as usual)
My only concern with it [the album] (and it’s really tiny tbh) is that, at times, it seems to ride the calypso/Caribbean/tropical trend a little
too much, to the point where you can’t really distinguish whether a song has changed or not… You know?Not that it’s a bad thing
Also, I’m getting a lot of Kygo-esque stuff in some of the songs (did he produce a large chunk of them or…?). Otherwise, everything else is flawless. I really wish that they could have kept Gonna Get Better with that beautiful guitar intro and had that run through the entire song without the beat that comes in. Or, they could have at least had another beat that wasn’t as distracting, maybe something mmore minimal. It would’ve been their own ‘Stickwitu’ in that regard. I still want the song to be a single at some stage because it’s beautiful and it’ll stand out from most of the uptempo stuff that they’ll be releasing
