L:FSKjsldkfj ikr. I'm glad she's both liberal AND has patriotism in its most pure essence that she is proud to be American. Idk if you're from the states, but the people here can be so phony about stuff like that. There's a strong sense of nationalism from a lot of people here that I'm glad she hasn't really offended. She has bothered lots of extremists from different religions though, but I'm glad that's mostly the extent of it.

I saw this when Gaga performed the National Anthem back in February, almost every American, I'm not btw, praised her 40% for her voice and 60% for wearing that red suit and US flag shoes. Americans can really be sensitive esp. the moms and the older ones + Tumblr warriors. Idk if you saw the interview she had after the NA perf about the whole "I'm Italian... European.. I'm am honored as an American" -- she really cleared that she's glad AS AN AMERICAN and NOT as an European And let's not get started on the religious matters
