Honestly, both Battleborn and Overwatch are so overrated. Both were less than impressive.
Overwatch is serving Mario Galaxy Vibes. Take everything that's already been done, and get critical success because of the developer.
I mean, had Blizzard served Battleborn, they would have got the same kind of acclaim.
Lots of critics love Blizzard no matter what.
Especially since the game has been riddled with bugs since it launched, and the bug forum has been open for two days and it already has an endless amount of bug/crash/glitch reports:

I do believe the game deserves around an 80 - 85, but critics are literally sucking a** by giving it 100 despite the fact there's no campaign, its full of bugs, and it takes less than a day to explore most of the game.
Yet the price point is that of a game, which has this kind of gameplay on the side of a 100 hour campaign (Borderlands 2 if you complete everything).
