Yup! I stressed that in the challenge post: a collaboration isn't necessarily a duet, though duets are collaborations, and we're specifically looking for a duet.

Ex. "Fancy" wouldn't be considered a duet even though it features two artists - because there's a lack of dialogue between the two - but "Everything Has Changed" would be a duet.

I've been struggling for 30 mins.

I gave each voice the same amount of verses and kept the chorus neutral [both].

To me, a duet is just that, two equal parties. If one only has 1 verse, that's more like a tack-on feature.

There doesn't have be perfect equality between the two verses, a slight imbalance is fine (and somewhat expected). Just know that there is a fine line, however!

I actually think what lovesong and I are doing is a bit different. It's a unique way to have 2 people in a song. sometimes execution is harder than coming up with the idea, but we're working on it.
