Pretty sure XL gave her their blessing to leave, I read. I remember it said she was too big of a star for them to manage or something like that.
She'll probably still record at their studio, ask for their input, use their graphic designer (who's done the artwork for all of her albums), etc. They just won't handle her career anymore, which is understandable considering how big her career's gotten.

18, I believe. She won another one in 2013 for Top Pop Album.
Had to relearn everything but here is one I made, I plan to do 2 more or so and also have avy versions
