Its actually funny how much more trouble it is for Luke to keep Kesha in her contract. By constantly controlling/shutting down all her ideas and plans he is just making it worse for herself. Like people just don't understand rape cases, and they don't understand the stigma of rape and the absurdity, humiliation and shame that Kesha is clearly struggling to fight through, all the while trying to keep a very high profile political battle from stopping her pursuing her music career.

Kesha has no chance at winning the case, the best we can hope for his a settlement or both parties put aside their differences to release new music.
