I don't think the bonus is the poster though because it didn't say so when I ordered it

I don't know what the application card is, but we should all still be getting the poster as well as that's included as the first press bonus and CDJapan states that when the button is active, the poster will be included as a external bonus as the orders were processed before the first press editions sold out.

Will the physical editions be available with 11 tracks or will all CDs/digipaks in the US contain 15 tracks as a deluxe edition?

The edition with 15 tracks in the US is the standard edition, the Target Exclusive edition is only available at Target (It's probably a digipak). The Standard edition with 11 tracks is only available in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The Deluxe has 15 tracks and is a digipak, I think the standard edition in the US is a jewel case.
