As a former super fan of Azealia, I know quite well she is only sorry due to the back lash. It is a good start, but it's a start to a LONG road ahead of her. She needs to take some months off, HANG WITH NEW PEOPLE (Her family and current friends are ****ing morons for encouraging her behaviour) and get some help.

I honestly believe for her too truly repair her damages, she should do some community work. Work with LGBTQ+ groups, etc etc. We'll see in due time though.

She's not "getting away" with anything. For every mean word she said, she's had thousands thrown back at her. Would you like to see her life completely destroyed? Would that change the fact she said that **** & can't take it? Isn't the whole point of these incidents to hope that people learn from their mistakes? All the other points you made were valid, but this is what I was referring to in my post. Things obviously don't happen overnight. So if people are so convinced that this "act" will last a day, or two, a week - something of short-term - then why bother with the incessant hatred towards her? Um....I thought it was white people who got away with stuff and not blacks first of all but no she didn't get away with it because she was black. It's because she didn't commit any physical crimes and she paid for the consequences. Second of all, she said harsh words and got her twitter account banned and apologized. She may have even apologized to Zayn + Skai in emails. What more do you ****ing want She didn't kill anybody ffs and Skai didn't seem upset. I imagine she was still in a fury of rage at that time n. Obviously, I'm not Azealia so I don't know what goes on in her mind but someone with a disorder like hers may not realize it right away. I hope she never reveals if she has one either because dear god, that'd open up a **** storm.

I honestly wouldn't be that convinced either way but the major red flag for me is that she defended her actions afterwards. I do hope she gets her act together but I almost feel as though this type of behavior is so a part of her brand. I wonder how she will reinvent herself to get things back on track
