Don't feel the need to buy organic all the time - it's not a requirement of veganism at all! The environmental and health changes you'll be making as a vegan will already offset much of the concern with conventional farming methods and consumption anyway. Though organics are absolutely fantastic!
Perhaps you could learn about
The Dirty Dozen & The Clean Fifteen? The first are a list of foods that should be bought organic when you can, and the latter is a list of foods that it's okay to not worry about all the time. Fruit and veg, even if non-organic, will always be the healthiest things you can eat! So perhaps you could also balance it so that other foods (jams, nut butters, breads, other "processed" foods) are generally bought organic, but produce is left conventional. Mix and match as you like - maybe even mix some premium quinoa in with some cheap rice to cheapen it,
like so! You could even do half/half mylks and water in smoothies too, it doesn't make that much of a difference
