Hillary Clinton Vows To Expand PrEP Availability In Meeting With HIV/AIDS Activists

Nnnnn. Not to mention, Hillary has been meeting with leaders of the cause since the 90s, and has throughout her career strived to raise awareness for the epidemic. What has Bernie done?
Talk may be cheap, but it can still be effective. And if talk is SO cheap, why couldn't Bernie spend 30 minutes worth of 'cheap' talk to raise awareness for this issue?

Excuse my ignorance but what exactly is PrEP? Is it something good or bad? I've seen guys on Grindr who mention it....

PrEP is suppose to be a HIV preventative measure, proven to be really effective. It's worth looking into, especially if you're sexually active.

A pill for HIV negative people to help decrease the risk of contracting it.

The Obama administration will issue a sweeping decree on Friday telling every U.S. public school district to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.
The letter, signed by officials from the Education and Justice departments, does not have the force of law but contains an implicit threat that schools which do not abide by the Obama administration's interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.

Are you that pressed and blind? I feel like Hillary could bring about world peace and you would still be complaining about how she's an awful person and that Bernie is better. Marvin, I (and the rest of ATRL) realize that you have a strong preference for Bernie Sanders. That's fine. I respect that. But, you don't have to belittle every single thing his opponent does or says. If she does something positive, you should be able to either ignore it (at the minimum) or say something positive. I'll do the same for Bernie.

That wasn't a complaint and it has nothing to do with Bernie (you guys love to bring him up as much as possible). I can talk about Hillary without thinking about Bernie.
Hillary has said a lot of stuff without keeping her word on it. She said she'd look into releasing her transcripts almost 100 days ago. If she truly tries and keeps her word, then great. If not, then it really was just more cheap talk

What do the Yanks on here think about compulsory voting?
We've had it here in Australia for ages and I can't imagine elections being voted on by less that half of the population.
Obviously it has its drawbacks. It would probably infringe on one of your Rights/Amendments. It also means that we get about 10% of the vote being left blank or incorrectly done.
But at the same time it means that our leaders can argue a stronger mandate, considering nearly the whole country had their say. Plus it generally forces them to the centre on most issues, fringe ideologies don't usually fly at compulsory elections. I also think it forces people that would otherwise be uniformed to start to get engaged with the policies being put forth (however the evidence on this is shaky at best).
What do you think? Would it be something you would like to see?

I really wish Hillary/Bernie supporters would stop fighting and band together to destroy Trump. Every time I hear one of Trump's supporters speak, my blood boils.
Hillary better not **** this up.

And Bernie and his supporters need to stop their ******** as well.He ain't winning the nomination. Defeat Trump first and then battle Hillary for more progressive policies once she's in office.
