Even without the zodiac chart. Litten is based on a tabby cat (cat with stripes) so if it evolves into a big cat the tiger is the most obvious choice.

Talking about panthers tho. I still want a Dark type panther Pokemon

the Chinese zodiac pretty match covers most of the animal families and u can do so much with a fire starter
