I think Ariana has a distinctive sound if you listen to her albums in full, it's just not what she serves to the GP with her singles.
ME and YT are complete opposites and DW seems to lean more towards ME but is diffrent in its own right. I don't know. It just seems like she's still searching and experimenting but trying to stay in her comfort zone at the same time.
