Bernie would constantly undermine Hillary as VP, not a good choice. He would *maybe* be helpful for the election though, unless Trump started calling him a Communist or something. Plus she should choose someone younger who could run for President after she is done.

I want Hillary to have a second term. So I actually like the idea of Bernie being "too old" to run in 2020..

WV isn't going to go blue in the GE, so it won't really hurt Hillary in the GE if they do that. I'd rather #BernieOrBust people live in historically red states than historically blue or swing states.
