This will be just like the Perez thing. The HUGE backlash will last for MAYBE a week but she'll still lose out on opportunities because of it all. In a little while it'll be back to normal. Everyone knows how Azealia is. Everything she did last night, she's done before so I don't see why this time would be the end of everything.
I will say this though...
If this DID affect her GREATLY, I would be here for it only because she needs a huge wake up call. If all the producers started refusing to work with her and she stopped getting booked for shows and magazines stopped wanting to do photoshoots and interviews, she wouldn't know wtf to do with herself. She'd be forced to re-evaluate.
It's sad though that the simplest way to get her help would be for her family and friends to intervene and they just... don't. The way Jovon and Matt were all up in the camera acting silly and not giving a **** while she was having meltdowns on those Periscopes was disturbing.
And do NOT come for Azealia's 2012 flow when that's what made us stan for her in the first place. All I'm saying is that I hope she goes back to rapping over pop/EDM/dance beats because that's what makes her different compared to the other rap girls. The Big Big Beat, Used To Being Alone & Along The Coast was a step in the right direction. I want her to start making songs like that again.
