Its visual abilities are impressive. The darkness of night is no obstacle to Rowlet! It can twist its neck nearly 180° from front to back so it can see directly behind itself. It has a habit of turning its head in battle to face its Trainer and receive instructions.

No. I am not sure about XY but in ORAS they knew them too

I hope that by going simple they are also calming down on the number of legendaries they have in the generation. Follow the footsteps of Gen 6 and only do the main ones and an additional one.

I hated how Gens 4 and 5 had like 20 legendaries.

Ok time for my thoughts:

I like the boy trainer design. The region and the graphics look absolutely beautiful and top notch. Seeing the starters I was kinda like "is this it?". Surprised that it actually was an owl but not Roothoot. i love Rowlet; although I'll probably call it Roothoot by accident. Here for Grass / Flying. Litten is really nice and will probably become Fire / Dark eventually (inb4 it stands up and becomes fighting). I'm not big on Popplio. It's ok I guess, but the other two **** on it. I don't think that the region map is full because it seems a bit tiny, but the shots we've seen are gorgeous. Don't really like the sun legendary. Looks quite ugly. I quite like the moon legendary although I'm not 100% sure on it.

And another **** you to Masuda and everyone involved in the games for making it 5 days later here. ****ers.
