Omg, so I walked to the store today to buy supplies to make a mother day present with (I'm making her a poster thing) and the whole way there and back, i kept feeling something stabbing the same part of my foot. I thought it was a rock at first, but I didn't see a rock when I looked inside of my shoe. Turns out, it was a damn staple on the bottom of my shoe.

Ok, even though this was just the side note of my last post, I actually finished my poster thing!

It's not v good quality bc I took it with my tablet, but I figured I'd share! There's text in a box that's not really legible, but here's what it says.

"Don't feel like you failed
You've succeeded in more ways than you know
I've learned so much from you
You were by my side and helped me grow
Don't feel like you messed up
Because you've done nothing wrong in my eyes
Just know that I love you
And I'm grateful you're in my life"

The beginning part was because back when she drank, she'd get depressed a lot and say that she's a bad mother, which I never thought was true. I wanted to write something myself, rather than buy a card, because I always felt that cards were really impersonal things to get someone, especially if you didn't even write anything on the card. I figured this would be much more personal and meaningful.

(This is actually like my first time doing anything for Mother's Day hytbgklm I'm so bad.)

That Lil Wayne verse is not salvageable, though. Delete it. I hope it gets released as a single and has a different feature a la Booty by J Lo. If she wants to make lightning strike twice, she could put The Weeknd on it, as it's right up his alley. Alternatively, Drake would do good on it as well. Maybe even Nicki, but I think a more soft-vocaled artist would be better for the song.
