Exactly

It would actually be fine were it not for the fact that the solution he gave was basically the same one Hillary gave in the debates (introducing new legislation OR failing that, utilizing Dodd Frank), except the debates didn't have interviewers attempting to trip her up with question about the minutia of what exactly the fed has the authority to do, managing the banks after breaking them up (as if that is the president's job), and so on.

No. Not correct at all. He listed those EXACT reasons (PAC money from special interests groups, Iraq War vote, and being in favor of every trade agreement) when he first said "I do not believe
she is qualified". Go look on youtube for the original campaign event where he said that. Maybe the media made the simple word "unqualified" into so much of a highlight that if you didn't see the original event you would THINK he was explaining it for the first time on one of the subsequent news shows, but he made that case for her being "unqualified" (again, based on JOB performance) from the get-go.

Yeah a month ago there were stories in the news about Bill's past life with women he possibly had an affair with. Bernie came out and attacked Bill for it, calling what he did to those women as "shameful" when he should have been sticking to the issues against the only Clinton he's running against.

Cannot for the life of me find what you're talking about after googling "Bernie Sanders Bill Clinton disgraceful" and "shameful". The closest match is back in January (not a month ago), when he was ASKED at a town hall about whether Bill's infidelity disqualifies Hillary from the presidency, and responded:
"Hillary Clinton is not Bill Clinton. What Bill Clinton did [...] was totally, totally disgraceful and unacceptable. But I am running against Hillary Clinton, I am not running against Bill Clinton. What we need to do is focus on the bloody issues facing this country". That was a DEFENSE of Hillary's qualifications, for you to say he "came out and attacked" him/her is just

Sure it wasn't a direct quote, it was something she & her campaign spokesperson implied in slightly different terms ("it raises a lot of questions" and "he hasn't done his homework" -HC + "Sanders hasn't thought very much" -CR), pretty much in the same league as you quoting that he said "shameful" when it was a different word with the same connotation (disgraceful)
