It most definitely is a single.
I think they released it as a passion project and hoped it did well and if not than so be it. But ultimately it has the potential to do well commercially, whether or not people will continue to buy it or radio will push it is another story. Just depends. I kind of figure its hype is based off of her court case and I cant see that giving it much longevity, the song is nice but its not really good enough imo to peak the interest of those who dont already like her.
