Nope, not a troll. The gender pay gap is a bit of a myth. That "77 cents on the dollar" comes from aggregates of all men's wages added up compared to all women's wages added up. It doesn't take into account that tons of women are still stay at home moms, take maternity leave and request more days off than men. Which likely makes up for that 23 cent difference in aggregate wages.

Start reading this at "Happiness Trends by Gender". Men and women are made happy by different things. Feminists like Gloria and Hillary seem to assert all women want the choice/pressure to be in the workplace over the home. It seems to me this is making women miserable.

Not every woman wants the same thing. It's wrong to assume they all want careers and it's wrong to assume they all want to be housewives. Personally I'm much more interested in my professional life and having a successful career/work life. I'm glad feminism gave me that option

All that does is prove that there is a gap, even factoring in stuff like education and career paths.

But even when it's comes down to having the same degree/career, women are still likely to make less on the dollar then their male counterparts in the same field.

While the stuff you mention may contribute to the gap, it doesn't fully explain it at all. There's also an argument for paid leave which I believe should be allowed, especially during maternal situations. And giving single mothers this opportunity without having to deal with the stress of not being able to pay bills so they can prepare for childbirth should be something to fight for.
