The thing with Britney is that she was definitely more entertaining than her peers back in the day but now most of her peers have moved on and are actually respected artists. See Legend X, P!nk, Beyonce, etc. And she stayed kinda there doing the same thing trying to release catchy music & the image she used to portray is not going to work again, same with her performances, she's obviously not going to be able to dance the way she used to when she was young.

I agree with you, but I think Britney was going in a very good direction musically. In the Zone and Blackout are both very good, and those were the times when she had the most creative control. Now that her handlers have been controlling her since her breakdown, everything's gone downhill for her as an artist.
