The part I made bigger is pretty much why Madonna will never do this - she does her own thing better than anyone, and that's touring. She has the best tours, and she knows how to put together the absolute best show. She definitely reinvented the music video, and it's like academically understood that re-creating a music video in a live performance is something that Madonna founded - so like her "Living for Love" performances were just that, she brought the video to live, and incredibly. But yeah, she doesn't have time / care enough to put that much effort in.
TBH it's a shame I don't enjoy Beyonce's music, cause these two visual albums are really amazing, and it's a shame Gaga didn't come up with something like this. God knows what LG5 will be, but she stole all the good ideas.

I remember reading a few comments about the Brit Awards performance complaining about the matador theme being used for another live performance, and I remember thinking "what the hell do you expect?" haha

I don't think the Interscope deal has a time restriction but she definitely has one album left with them. I wouldn't be surprised if she made a special agreement with LN to allow her to tour with her next album, especially with her teasing TOAC continuing.
