One would expect "the internet's busiest music nerd " to know his facts a little better than he seems to. He doesn't know his stuff as well as he would lead you to believe.

I think theneedledrop is good at reviewing music? I rarely agree but I feel like he always manages to justify his opinion very well.
It's funny how so many people were like "white people could NEVER understand Bey's art " when there are hardly any references to what she teased with Formation in the music.
Formation + Freedom...that's pretty much it the whole album mostly consists of love songs.
I still don't genuinely believe anything happened between Beyoncé and Jay-Z during the course of their marriage. At least, not to the extent that Beyoncé is making it out to be.

I expect a full review with a minimum of one paragraph per song. In addition, a closing paragraph expressing your repentance for hating on Beyst so much in the past.

Overall: Pretty good, I appreciate the variety, but at the same time it's all quite safe, basic and uninspired. Still a pleasant listen all the way through (if we delete Formation). I definitely understand her need to add visuals to every song, the audio alone is missing something. 7/10
