Wait a minute. Hillary NEVER flipped on the $15 minimum wage. She always said $12 federal, more if the cities/states felt it could afford it.

There has been a history to Hillary:

She was raised conservative by her Republican parents
College = Evolved liberal Democrat
Marriage Life = Bill brought her a little to the center
Post Bill political life = gradual shift back to the left side
Present = back to the left

She's always been liberal, but I feel that Bill brought her to the center. She's returning to her natural roots. "The Misseducation of Hillary Rodham"

PolitiFact said that Bernie was right when he said she campaigned at first for $12 and then to $15 in some states only after he campaigned for $15 federally.

I'd definitely characterize that as a flip. But it's okay because it doesn't matter, she's in the right

I'm conflicted about her 90s policies. Obviously as First Lady she couldn't go against her husband, POTUS, but she still says she felt that way at the time. #What'sTheTruth Hillary

No, I'm sorry, I don't see that as a flip. Adding additional plans to her larger goal is not a flip. A flip would be her saying she supported $15 nationally this whole time.

And Bernie said in the debate this "was news to me" when actually that had been her position since June 2015 and she said that in almost all the debates they discussed the minimum wage. He lied, she didn't, and he knew that. He just wanted to have his "Hurrah!" moment and it failed.

Same! I wish she would've remained firm with the $12/hr federal pitch instead of $15/hr federally. She knows good and well her head isn't fully with $15 being the standard across the board. The "beholden to big money" argument is the reason she probably supports it right now. She's fighting to not have that label be unjustly applied to her. I'll definitely give Bernie the "W" and Hill the "L" on this argument.

Many prominent black voices supported the Crime Bill at the time as well and lets not forget that Bernie actually voted for the bill. Hillary didn't.

Oh please. You know good and well that it would've been a mess if Hillary opposed Bill, especially during that time. Both politically and during their many marital scandals.

She did at the last debate. At first she try to craft it like she was for the wage being $15 federally, but when Bernie applied the heat, she backtracked and went to her original stance. It was a big of a whiplash moment for me.
