I prefer critically acclaimed classics, any artist who has critically acclaimed albums on a 'Greatest List' has a classic album imo, because it's still revered and influential after × number of years

Private Dancer was huge. The album was her huge comeback album after two bombs post Ike (Rough and Love Explosion). She was sining to small hundred clubs but then was doing arenas which would then lead to her stadium status. She also won 4 Grammy's in Song of The Year, Record of The Year, Pop Vocal and Rock Vocal and it was also nominated for Album of The Year.
