THESE are the messages being funneled through airwaves, WWWs at lightspeed on massive scales to millions of people. Beyonce's ways of doing this are more known/understood although they sometimes, to me, feel fakier.

Her (Kesha's) music is very often contrived and SUPER societally poison'd. It's all a product of Dr. Luke, and for awhile Kesha thought this was a good/fun plan, too... but she's doing everything she can to break out of this cookie cutter-esque, "DO WHAT SELLS!" mode that she's cornered herself into. Everyone else actively, actively contributes to it shamelessly.

Kesha wants so badly to release singles that have substance.
Nicki Minaj NEVER does, and when she does it's been pop radio'd, Dr. Luke'd bull ****.

I'm totally okay with this sentiment...

...but what I cannot stand behind is that it's optionally marketed at EVERYONE,
children and teenagers especially because that's who streams all these videos most.
It really shapes how people think/perceive the world when THIS is what turns heads/gets success.
