She absolutely butchered it on S&S, I personally don't even consider that to be a legitimate performance. And TOAC was literally ONE show, not a setlist of an entire tour She has only performed Borderline on one concert tour as far as I'm concerned and it wasn't even included on the official VHS release..
I will say though that I am extremely grateful that TOAC will be included on the Rebel Heart Tour DVD. (but knowing her she'll cut the "Borderline" performance from the official release)

Borderline didn't deserve the crow treatment during the Stinky and Sweaty tour actually every guitar song in that tour sucks minus the ones in the Gypsy section. Still better than every other tour.

That whole tour was flawless. Everyone needs to get over her changing up her songs, she's gonna sound different at 50 to how she was at 20. I loved that version of "Borderline", like yeah it wasn't her shining vocal moment to define her career with but the rock version was fkn good.

I used to hate the S&S tour mostly because of the tacky outfits, especially after the CLASS she served on the Confessions tour, but over time I've come to appreciate it and the outfits, because they allowed her to be more comfortable and more energetic and free on stage.
