I think its a draw.
In terms of NY, she wins. She was clearly pandering to the NY electorate with the guns, Israel etc. and it will help her.
In terms of pure debating, he wins. Landed more blows but no knockouts.
In terms of the general primary though, this debate will not change anything beyond NY. No one voting in later states will pay close attention to this debate. As we've seen, debates don't impact results much and even when they do, its insulated to the week it took place. So strategically, its a win for Clinton camp.
They were pointing out the irony in him calling her out for doing better in conservative states.
and he dismisses those voters!
I'd be honest if it was bad for Bernie, but aside from a couple questions early on, he has successfully fought off every attack from Hillary and managed to paint her as a flip flopper and liar, especially on that minimum wage question.
He literally responded by talking about how his base knows you can't take money from Wall Street.
