^ No one can predict accurately. Most of us will go on a personal preference. The predictions usually are right when we see things like iTunes popbars, one-day sales predictions and things like that....
Muse have been #1 on Alternative for like 2 months now. Time for something new.

But yes, I agree. Great song, but not just #1, that entire top 10 needs a shake up.

I know it's still early, but some of you are total experts.
I personally think it has a very good chance. Luckily airplay has been slowly building thus far, and sales havn't really taken off yet but that is a good thing. When airplay increases and the video is released sales will explode, hopefully with both sales and airplay peaking at the same time. Had telephone been selling well up until now then I don't think it would have been number one... Because sales have to be compacted into one sales week to be number 1, and it is more likely to have a stronger sales week in the furture due to low overall sales thus far. (Bad Romance would have been a number one had the release been stalled a week or two in order to reach higher weekly sales quantities upon release).
I dont know how Lady GaGa usually does on Rythmic, but I'm guessing thats the thing usually holding her back even when shes #1 on Pop and high in sales? (aka Paparazzi, Lovegame). Because Beyonce is featured that gives it a lot larger chance IMO. Only time will tell but it'll be #1 on Pop for sure, definitly Top 5 HT100.
^^ Lady Gaga receives a considerable amount of rhythmic support and Beyoncé featured might help it to crossover to Urban...
The difference on her sales and airplay is that both Paparazzi and Lovegame were having good sales weeks but were still rising in airplay... and when their airplay was good enough, it was already going down in sales... so she couldn't reach higher peaks and she doesn't usually experience very strong weeks of sales (strong enough to put her at #1 with small portion of airplay or in cases regardless of airplay like Ke$ha that had a week when even if TiK ToK had zero airplay, it would be #1 based on sales, and Britney did with "3")....

^ Lady GaGa already went #1 on Pop (on Billboard Pop at least), so it doesn't matter if Mediabase will give her #1 also, the pop radio chart that is official is the Billboard one...

yes.. bad romance had the digital release when paparazzi was #1 on radio songs.. she/they aren't very smart
they deserve their 2nd #1 ! 
I don't remember well but I think "From Yesterday" was #1...
