For the Love On The Brain video, I think they should go for this look.

But yeah a 60s influence look would slay.
I imagine the video to be black and white, with Rihanna singing on a small stage with one of these microphones:
Maybe a screen behind her,with a montage of her with the guy she is in love with, at the end of the video she sees the guy walk in with another girl.
The camera zooms slowly onto Rihanna's eye, a tear falls.. and the clip fades out slowly.
